World Class Meats invites you to the Wild Tasting Series—an exclusive culinary and wine pairing experience at Pur Noire Urban Wineries in Houston. From 6 PM to 9 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025, indulge in an exquisite seven-course tasting journey featuring three exceptional meats: Australian Wagyu Flank, Ostrich Filet, and Bison Ribeye.

Chef Jamal Collier will guide you through two unique preparations for each meat: one course designed to showcase its natural flavors and another reimagined through his culinary creativity. Each course will be paired with Pur Noire’s finest wines, culminating in a daring dessert made with oils extracted from the meats.
